Golfing!

I had to copy this picture off the PGA 2009 Tournament page. I was lucky enough to have a dh who likes golf and who got his hands on tickets for this great event. They did not allow any electronics into the grounds. No cell phones, no cameras, etc. Don't they know I need to scrap this event. Now, I have never been much into golf , other than mini golf. I didn't know much of how it works , scores, etc... but, I had a great day with my dh. We got there and grabbed a bite to eat then found our perfect spot to just hang for the day. We found a place to sit on the grass and watch as each group of professional players came through to play. Yes I got to see Tiger!! among many many other great golfers. It was such a beautiful day too. Sprinkled a tiny bit a couple of times, but for the most part it was not to hot or too cold. I'm glad my dh choose me to go hang with him there even though he knew golf usually puts me to sleep. This is the first time I've actually watched golfing and didn't fall asleep. The tournament also did a wonderful thing. With every paid ticket anyone under 17 got in free. It was nice to see all the young kids with no cells phones in their ears and hands and enjoying a sport event with their families!
