Are you ready for some FOOTBALL??

Here is my boy, he is ready for some football! This is the first year that our community decided to let the 4th graders play tackle football and get started on their football careers. We did our weigh in last night and received the football pants. Then we ran over to the sports store in town where they rent you equipment for the season. Helmet , pads, practice pants,mouth guard,practice shirt,68.00 later, we are out the door. Almost ready for the season. We still need the shoes. :) He will get his game shirt in a couple of weeks, when he get his team name, etc..I sure hope he likes this sport. He wasn't too happy with wrestling or baseball. He has liked playing flag football and he is doing track right now and likes it as well. Which reminds me , he has his final track meet on Thursday this week. I can't wait to watch the track meet, and I'm very excited to watch him play football.
