I'm excited I love the holiday's. I love the cooking of a big meal! It will be a semi quiet one for us this Thanksgiving. My sil and her family can't make it so it will be just the 4 of us. I say semi, because we will have company just not until saturday after Turkey day. We are looking forward to the appetizers, meal and football on thursday. Then on Sunday heading out to the Bears/Vikings game with some family members. Should be a good week.
Tyler starts his first basketball practice/try outs today. We will find out if he makes the A or B team. He did get a sports locker at school and a practice uniform . Of course hopeing for the A team (who doesn't) A team has a lot more playing time than the B team. Of course, we still have the grade issue. If he passes this test he had to retake at 715 this morning, then he may pass his physic's class that he was flunking. The teacher let him redo some homework packets and retake a bad test he took. Still waiting for final word on whether he will play the first 2 weeks or not. We start another trimester here after this week. THen he will be back to all a's for a bit. *SIGH**
Zach has his first wrestling meeting on tuesday for pictures and picking up the uniform and such. I hope he likes the sport . We will find out soon though I guess.
Its been cold here but, really no more snow yet. We got up to 7 degree's this last week, but, most days its in the 20's and high 30's for the middle of the day. I'm still getting used to this place. I do love the town/community though so far. I don't know if anyone ever gets used to this cold weather though.
