We have started a new month which means only 24 days left of school for the boys they informed this morning. School this last trimester so far is good. Ty has made more effort and still has c's and above so far. We will see how the next 24 days go. I hope he doesn't drop the ball on this. He has his 15th bday this month too. It was a fairly quiet weekend. We were going to go to 2 parties on Sat , but, got some sad news and didn't go to them. Dh's uncle passed away. (he wasn't close to him but its still sad). He is on his way to Iowa for the funeral for tomorrow since he was close to the cousin who lost the dad. He wants to support him. He said no need for me to go with the kids in school. I have never met him either.
The weather was so nice yesterday. Dh and I sat on our deck yesterday while the kids were over at the park. I think we stayed out there for a couple of hours at least. We put a little radio on for some music, had a drink, and enjoyed the sun and our patio set. Then we bbq'd for dinner. I really enjoyed that watching the kids and sitting with dh.
