These pictures are of our lake , I think i have a picture earlier in the blog of the same lake in the summer. This is what it looked like today. There are makeshift roads on the lake and in the first picture there are ice fishing houses all set up. The trees in the background are on the island that is in the middle of the lake. Our lake goes all the way around those trees for boating and regular water activities. Is this not wild??

Oh that is so cool!! We dont' see anything like that around here. lol we are lucky for there to be enough ice to cover the grass most of the time. And then when that happens the entire city shuts down.
That is just bizarre - I can't imagine DRIVING on a lake. I really don't like cold water...LOL
