Its been awhile since I wrote here. Let's see 4th of July was great. We had a fun evening at home setting off our own fireworks. We also were able to see the town fireworks from our front porch as well. So double fun. Tyler has started back into some martial arts classes. Seems to be doing well there. Zach started track and so far likes it all but, not the shot put , is that spelled right. :)
My oldest boy drove up finally last night after a long car drive from California. He will be here till end of next week.
Fair season is going on all around us in the little towns. Ours is in the first couple of weeks of August. I'm sure we will go see the Demolition Derby again this year.
Our 1 year mark is coming up. I can't believe that in a week I will have been here a year. Its been good though. I do like it here. We have done so much here in the last year. County fairs, concerts, Renaissance fair, amusement park/water park, a couple's night in the big city near us, several sports games, football, basketball and baseball, a wedding last year for a family member, family visits, Sunday dinners with family that live near here. Its been good!! We have a lake vacation planned for the end of August too. Staying at a resort in a cabin and water tubing, boating, swimming, canoeing maybe too. I can't wait!
