Monday blue's

My house gets empty on Monday's. Of course , it gives me time to clean the house without it getting messy when I turn around. Its really quiet though. DH is back to work, kids back to school. Dog sleeping quietly in the corner. I am waiting to hear from the tv guy, our big screen tv broke again. We went through this back in Sept. I sure hope it can be fixed as I really do not want to buy a new one right now. The thing is only 3 1/2 yrs old too. It did upset the plans to watch the big UFC fights though, DH had to email his friends and cancel the night because the cable box is attached to the big screen we couldn't rent it. He consoled himself with watching his Nascar race instead that was on and it was a good night as his favorite driver won after no wins in 3 years. YEAH! We at least have a decent sized tv in the basement and dh hung out there this weekend to watch his sports. Of course, Zach wasn't happy dad was taking away his gaming WII time.

Tonight is a scheduled concert for DH, one of his favorite bands Staind is playing at a local venue, so we got 3 tickets a while back. It is a sold out concert. DH invited his cousin to go with him. The other ticket was for me, but, I will probably go ahead and let Tyler go, he loves the band too and his grades are still at c's or above. Plus I'd have no one to stay with the boys if I went to the concert. Tyler can stay with Zach and be fine for a few hours, but, I wouldn't do it after dark yet.
